Elif Sevinç Yöner is a legal strategist who bridges law and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Combining her roles as lawyer, mediator, trademark attorney, angel investor, trainer and coach with extensive knowledge and experience in international practice, she supports startups in navigating their investment journeys with confidence while helping investors make informed decisions and offering sustainability to the ecosystem.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in law and LL.M degree in EU&International Economic Relations from Ankara University, where she authored her thesis on “Legal Protection of Computer Programs”. Early in her career, she served as a legal expert at the Turkish General Staff and contributed to various EU projects, later extending her practice to local and international consultancy and representation across diverse industries. With over 20 years of experience in public institutions and private sector, she provides consultancy and litigation services to local and international clients on different levels of corporate and commercial law and investments.
Since founding Sevinc&Yoner Legal Consultancy in 2011, she has focused on foreign investments, company establishments, exports, M&A transactions, share purchase, asset transfers, shareholders’ agreements. Her practice combines academic depth with strategic insight, offering ventures both precision and vision in navigating legal and business challenges.
As a mentor and angel investor, combining her strong background with her interest in investments and innovation, she has supported many early-stage startups via law training, mentorship and consultancy services she provided under governmental&non-governmental organizations, incubators and accelerators. Through her interdisciplinary perspective and global vision, she is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to build sustainable and investment ready businesses.
