Founder
Muratcan İğdeli is an entrepreneur, business leader, strategic advisor, and an active angel investor registered with the Ostim INP Network with over 15 years of experience in technology, investment management, and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has played key roles in managing and advising on numerous critical, large-scale projects across the public sector, private enterprises, and the defense industry.
A Statistics graduate, Muratcan further strengthened his technical and analytical skills by earning a master’s degree in Computer Engineering. He has also made significant contributions in health technologies; in bioinformatics projects, he contributed to the development of algorithms used to measure the effectiveness of cancer drugs in mRNA studies.
He is currently the General Manager of INOSAS, where he leads digital transformation, process automation, and AI-driven analytics projects for government, private sector, and defense industry organizations. Actively engaged in the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a mentor and angel investor, he has supported numerous early-stage startups from idea validation to scaling and becoming investor-ready.
As the Founder of VC Ally, he developed the “VC as a Service” model to provide entrepreneurs with more than just capital—delivering strategic guidance, a strong network, deep-tech and health-tech know-how, and sustainable growth opportunities.
Muratcan İğdeli also serves as the President of the Industry 4.0 Digital Transformation Association, leading projects that contribute to Turkey’s digitalization and innovation journey.
