Dr. Ayşe Kuyrukçu has held various roles since 2005, including Researcher, Academic, Director, CEO, Trainer, Startup Investor, Mentor, Consultant, and Speaker. She served as a faculty member for 10 years at the Department of Industrial Engineering at Atılım University, where she earned her PhD. Her entrepreneurial journey began with her first startup, supported by KOSGEB, and with the experience gained throughout this journey, she has been working with tech entrepreneurs for over 15 years.

Currently, as the founder of İnovest Entrepreneurship Consultancy, she provides entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology consulting services to both individual and corporate clients, leading projects aimed at sustainable growth. She is a member of the Executive Committee of Girişim’23, one of Ankara’s annual entrepreneurship summits, and actively serves as a mentor, jury member, reviewer, and trainer on various platforms.

As a licensed angel investor and qualified investor, Kuyrukçu also makes startup investments and continues to support the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She is also a dedicated civil society volunteer, serving as a JCI Senator, Secretary General of ANGİKAD, Member of the TOBB Ankara Women Entrepreneurs Board, Advisory Board Member and Mentor at Faydasıçok Foundation, Mentor at Bilim Ağacı Foundation, and Senior Advisory Board Member at Atılım-MED.

She writes on entrepreneurship in the “Startup Station” column of Elizim magazine and teaches a part-time course on Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Gazi University’s Department of Computer Engineering. She is a member of the Startup World Cup (SWC) Turkey team and contributes to this prestigious global organization that supports entrepreneurship and innovation worldwide. She is also the Turkey partner of Carbonze.com, a Netherlands-based startup focused on carbon and sustainability management. She is married and a mother of two.
