Utku Seçkin has extensive experience across finance, entrepreneurship support, technology commercialization, and innovation management. After graduating from Ankara University’s Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Finance, he completed his master’s degree in finance in the United States.
He held various roles in the banking sector, including inspector, manager, and business analyst, before spending 10 years at TÜBİTAK TEYDEB’s Entrepreneurship Support Group. For more than four years, he has served as General Manager of Gazi University Technology Transfer Office, supporting university–industry collaboration, technology transfer, and the commercialization of innovative ventures.
